Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Old Administrator name still appears when emails are sent

My club number is 8743. I am the current Administrator and I have changed the Administrator details on my club website accordingly. However, when I send emails to the email groups (eg. members or officers), the email is seen to be from "Toastmasters Club 8743 on behalf of <my old administrator's name>". How do I reflect the current Administrator name instead?

I checked and it should not be... The admin shows you: admin-8743@toastmastersclubs.org (Annette Lin)

Is it the same email address? If so, you may be running into an issue with some email programs that cache the display names. (not our issue--we do not cause it and we cannot fix it for you) The way to fix that is to add the email address to the address book for the email program indicating the correct name to display for the email address.
