Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't log into to district 9 website

I am trying to log into the district 9 website as a leader (I am an Area Director). It won't take the password I had before, and when I try to get a new one by leaving the password blank, it says it sent a link to my email, but it doesn't. I checked by junk and spam filters and it isn't there. My name is Allen Hanson and my email on file is allenohanson@gmail.com.

The middle initial "o" is missing from your address on the district website. You'll need to get that fixed, as that is the email address that the password resets are going to.

I sent you an email.. it's fixed.. there was an issue more than just the 'o' - the site admin had put your former profile as a former leader.. and the current profile was made in addition to that instead of resetting you as a current leader.. and it won't allow the same email on more than one account.. so I went in and took away an email from the former and corrected the current one.. which should be a sufficient enough 'fix' for it to work now.. (you'll still have to 'reset' the password but you SHOULD get the reset email now.
