Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Need Help Updating a Members email address

Hello Free Toast Host. This is my first request for help on our club's website.
Here's our club website: 5296.toastmastersclubs.org/

One of our members is NOT receiving emails. He tried to go in and update his profile and was not able to. I tried as the Administrator and it will not update. (I was the Administrator on file, but today I changed it to our new VPE Richard Seeling. But I still have the user name and password, so I should still be able to make changes on the website under the Administrator.)

The members name is Tom McFarlin. Below is what it shows for his email info. The only email address that he should have is tmcfa7241@aol.com

Can you help me with this. Thanks!!

He needs to add the server email addresses to his AOL white list
server@toastmastersclubs.org
agenda-5296@toastmastersclubs.org

We are sending email and AOL is accepting it.

There are two issues here... the profile update issue that I just fixed, and the email delivery issue which Brian has indicated that your member needs to tweak their email settings for.
