Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello Team,
Can you investigate this error we keep recieving that reads:
***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=ShowMessages Dialog
Status=error
Error=Bad Request

Is this after an admin login or after a member login?

Also, please put your club number in your forum signature to expedite future support requests. See the CLICK HERE link in my forum signature below for how to do that.

Hello Steve,
Yes, seems like this is only for some members however. I am able to log in without that error message, but my I have to type my name a few times to get it to populate. I have no issue logging in as the Administrator.

Can you give me a name of a member that is having the issue (first name, last initial is sufficient)?

Also, we would really appreciate it if you could put your club number in your forum signature as I indicated above.
