Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

1) always post your club number in every post.

2) read the documentation on this site
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

After you read the information about Membership Management Log In as Administrator use the Launch Admin Console and use the drop down arrow to find membership management.
The first tab is membership, the top line is new to add a new member.
there is a specific format to use
name space email address space phone number

If you are adding several members you may want to use the quick add tab. You can copy the information from word and past it in the quick add window (Make sure it is in the right format)

Do not forget to send the new member invite.

Once you have read the documentation on Membership Management you should have no problem.

Gene, the spacing format only applies to the Quick Add tab.
