Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Meet Our Members won't show new member profiles

A new member (me) has filled in a profile and saved it successfully. "Make Your Profile Public" is set to Yes. The profile does not appear on the "Meet Our Members" page. Our admin doesn't have time to troubleshoot this at the moment. He said I could ask for help.

I did take a look into this. I even believe for a moment that maybe I had a bug.

However, there is not a bug. The member profile is actually *not* set to be Public.

You can tell this by comparing the setting to what is shown for your club president.

I realize that setting is very confusing... The colored toggle is on my to-do list to replace with a simple checkbox for more clarity.
