Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello,

My name is Arcelia Camacho and I'm the Website Administrator for the PMTMC, www.pmtmc.org , club number 1989200.
Because one of the benefits of our club is that PMP certified Project Managers can claim Professional Development Units (PDUs) with the Project Management Institute, we need to be able to track them through the www.pmtmc.org website.

PDUs need to be tracked under 3 categories for all members:
- Technical Project Management
- Leadership
- Strategic and Business Management

I need help in creating this new feature. I would enormously appreciate being contacted at arceliacamacho@gmail.com and being supported the above mentioned changes to the website.

Arcelia,

You could do this with a Google Docs Spreadsheet that you link to from your website. There would not be any automatic transfer of names, but at least you could make the tracking a bit more convenient.
