Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

(Recieved via Private Messaging--please post support requests in the forums)

Do you have time to help? We are having a weird issue where emails from toastmaster are not coming into our domain. toastmaster email are white listed in our email system and it was working prior to 11/1. But now nothing is coming in and when we contact mimecast our email vendor, they don't even see it hitting out system? So when I send an email to treasurer-930011@toastmastersclubs.org, brian get the email from his comcast account, but not tocci. but when I sent email to Brian from my gmail, it's going through. Can you please help? I posted a support ticket but I don't see it on the forum so not sure if I'm doing it right? Thank you for your help in advance!!!

Felicity
