Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

No verification email for one of our members

One of our new members has tried, over and over, to access our club's ToastHost site, but he never receives the verification email.

We've changed his email address, but no go.

Anything further he can do, or I - as site admin - can do to get him logged in?

My first thought is "Has he checked his junk or spam folder"?

I will check the email logs in the mean time.

Yes, that was one of the first things I asked him to do - no luck there either.

Have them try now.

The IP to their mail server was blocked, the block has been removed.
