Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

For the benefit of any lurkers... here is some more food for thought...

Here are 4 emails that I have sent in succession from the server address (server@toastmastersclubs.org) to my Gmail account but I have varied the display name for the server address a bit. Note that the first email sent had a made up display name of 12345:

Now here is what you see in the inbox (or the trash folder in my case... does not matter):

Note that the display name you see is the first one, not the most recent one. I think it should be the most recent display name, and I consider this a design flaw in Gmail. :pinch:

If you think this is small thing, consider that people do change their names while keeping the same email address.

I have been trying to figure out a creative way for FTH to force Gmail to use the most recent display names... so far, no luck. :( :thumbsdn:
