agenda not matching order the signup / Attendance sheet

good morning , this is Club 9750 Pointe Claire 

I am working on agenda's and sign up sheet I notice for some reason that my agenda role line up with roles and names does not match the online signup sheet lines with Headers 
can you tell me what I am doing wrong? 

If you look at Opening,, there is only the Sergeant at Arms on the sign up sheet ... in my agenda the way I want it ,, is with Chairperson as well as grammarian 
then we have  the Evaluation, GE should be first like on my agenda , speeches and Grammarian report
