Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Creating Folders & Sending Attachments

1. s there anyway to make Folders in the Files we post for use but the members.
We would like a file folder for the Minutes so they would all be in one place.
Also for other like items so the list is of individual files is not so long.
I did not see anyway to dot this.
Any suggestions?
2. Sending Attachments through the website e-mails.
Also when we send an e-mail there is no way to send an attachment.
Is there away to do that?
I have had to make a person set of member e-mails so I can send attachments.

1) yes you can create folders in the file manager.

2) Basic email is n ot designed to send attachments, you can send a link to the file in the file manager.
