Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

VP of Education having difficulty navigating Membership Management

0595443 Douglas Elliman. My VP of membership is having difficulty accessing the website.
Here name is : Marilyn Sulzbacker

I am unable to log in to that site as it says i have the wrong password which I do not and then when i hit on "forgot password" it says I have the wrong email address. I did notice that another person had the same problem --could not add new members and when he tried, they would be added but crossed out--.It will not let me acces the responses because i have to log in which i cannot. I did go back to the DE toastmaster website which accepted my user name and password as a site administrator. However it did not give me the option of member management. When I logged in as member, i was able to access member management. I then went back to the original website you gave me but I could not use my member information to log in

There was a system problem earlier today, but that has been resolved.

The cross outs are not a bug... they are an indication of members added that have not opted-in to the system. This is a new requirement that is the result of new privacy laws. Please review the following topic thread on this:
