Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

We are setting up the website for a new club, I have applied for a website (prior to chartering). How will I know when the website is approved? or ready to go? How will I access once it is set up?

the club number is in the beginning of the subject. 0749862

There are no open requests for club 749862.
749862 is not a valid charted club number.

Do you mean 7049862 then yes there is an open request, it should be processed today

ok I was able to find it but since I have not received an email with temp password I am unable to login as system admin. can you assist?
