Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Toastmasters Leadership Club #910103: I'm one of the website administrators and also Club's VP-Education. The situation: I have to login & authenticate twice then after that I get this message in another window:

Software error:
Not an ARRAY reference at /var/www/cgi-bin/agenda_db.pl line 840.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I could login successfully by leaving the password blank then retrieve the link from my e-mail to establish a password which is only good for a day. The Club President is already irritated because she also receives an e-mail as a website administrator. Please help.

I was able to log in as the club admin and had no issues.

1) Did you click the reload link at the bottom of your site?

2) what operating system and browser are you using?

3) did you setup your browser to accept cookies as per the documentation?
Thank you,
