Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Do you have security software or email provider that modifies links in emails?

Does your email split the link on 2 lines?

Please post the entire email in this tread.
Thank you,

Hello David DeFazio:

Click on the link below to access your club website as a member. The site will remember you for a day, as long as you are using the same computer/device and do not clear your cookies. If you wish to access from another computer or device, just reauthenticate, or set a custom password by clicking the link below.

< tmitt.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?d=...U1xDx3hRRPrd4zvXYpPq >

NOTE: if the above URL is wrapping in your e-mail and not fully linked, you can copy and paste the URL (without the <>) in your web browser's address bar.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thank you and enjoy our club website!

Clicking the link actually works for me, and shows the password reset for your user.

You have something installed locally that is modifying the link.

try clicking the link you posted

No good. Still get the message "There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (xYVcWU1xDx3hRRPrd4zvXYpPq) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was sent when clicked."

I clicked that link so it is no long valid.
You need to request another link.
Also copy and paste the email into notepad, the copy and then from notepad paste the link into your browser.

I was able to log in now. When I first get to the site, I have to click on the accept cookies policy. Then I can log in. It does not always give me this message to accept the cookies, probably because I cleared my cookies is why it showed up. Now I can log in just fine. There must be some issue with the cookies after a period of time, so I guess the fix is if I can't log in to clear cookies and try again.
