Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

The server is sending messages out and being accepted by their email service. Have them contact their IT departments.

The can give them these log extracts

Thank you again. Maybe I should have clarified; we do not have an issue when sending them direct emails. The emails that bounce are the ones sent from the toastmaster member list: members-7914@toastmastersclubs.org
Not sure why that makes a difference.

Could you please post the bounce message you got when you tried to use the members list. This is an error message I recently added, so RogerM and Brian are not familiar with it yet. I want to make all our system admins/user support are aware of this.
