Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

1. Look at our Quick Start Page... support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/quick-start-page
Some of that will have already been done for an existing website, but it will at least give you a basic path towards getting some results.

2. Get set up as the Club Website Admin

3. Log in as the admin and access the Admin console. Focus 1st on what is in the Website Settings dialog that you see 1st when you access the Admin console.

Very important. You need to be open to learning new things. Much of the system is documented and we can help you figure out what documentation to look at first. For things that are not already documented, we can fill in those blanks for you.
