Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

One of our members has accepted to be added to our site (890.toastmastersclubs.org) but when she tries to set a password she does not receive the email. I have tried deleting her from the site and re-adding but she still has the same issue. The user is Van My Luu vanluu2@comcast.net.
She has looked for all/any emails from server@toastmastersclubs.org.

Would be grateful for any tips for how to trouble shoot. Thanks!

ask her to check her spam email

Also suggest that she adds server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to her email addressbook

comcast is accepting the email for delivery, she needs to contact comcast to find out what they are doing with her email.

She can give them this log extract to assist.
