Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't Save Custom Web Page

7 years 1 month ago
#76923
I am having same problem that someone else had a few weeks ago, but I didn't see how to resolve this in the thread. We had a couple different officers try to update this page, and we are unable to save. When we close it says there are unsaved changes highlighted, but nothing is highlighted, and we are unable to click "Yes" to save our edits.

Custom web page we are trying to update: showtime.toastmastersclubs.org/5monday.html

Can you please assist? Thanks!

Yes, thank you, I was able to get it to work.

The page includes a code snip from MailChimp. It has a style tag that seemed to create an issue with saving. Previously this tag was ignored, but seems now was causing issues. I removed the tag (from source editing), and that fixed the problem.
