Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi. A handful of users are getting this error. I've searched the site and checked some settings but it's still happening. Can you tell what our issue might be? Club number 1495286

Cookies are enabled for all the users. It seems like more of a club website issue.

When trying to add your URL to the website I get the following error message:
This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.
Follow those instructions (refer to support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview for further details). Don't forget to add the URL on your admin console once the DNS settings are corrected
