Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello I am VPE and web admin in Lima Toastmasters Club 3098.

Can I add a field in the Seaker role sign up area, to enter level, path and name of the speech?

ou cannot do that on FTH
You can copy and paste into word and add the information yourself.

If the agenda (or preferably template) settings for speeches have "this is a speech" checked, the speakers can add their speech details (project / title and introduction). See the "edit role" potion of this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

Officers or members with agenda edit rights can also add the details if the settings have been created correctly.
