Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello,

We have been receiving error messages for an email address that is valid and deliverable outside of FTH. The domain is impactbio.com The bounce text (with the recipient's name redacted) is:

________@impactbio.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

*** Please check the email address to make sure it is not misspelled. ***

If you believe this warning is incorrect, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message.

I'm hoping you can let me know what's up and appreciate your time and effort. I am happy to provide the local-part of the address construct if needed. I understand that this particular email server may be slow or otherwise impaired based on a similar problem you fixed for us last year.

impactbio.com uses a service that has spammed the FTH servers and the IP was blocked I have removed the block for now.
