Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Unable to login as Admin

5 years 8 months ago

We have not been using our website for the past year and are wanting to get it current. The VPPR tried to login but was unsuccessful. So she requested that she be changed to the Site Administrator. I was sent the request to my email address saradvm@aol.com so I know that is the email address you have for me as Admin. I declined her request because I was concerned that it would remove me as Site Administrator.
Now I am unable to login as Site Administrator. I get the message "Club number or password is incorrect."
I have clicked "Did you forget your password?" several times, but I have not received an email to reset my password.
Can you send me an email to reset the Site Administrator password please?

Your VPPR is the site admin. One of the authorising recipients must have approved her request. You seem to have access to everything as VPE. The only things the admin has access to that no one else has are the access settings and the administrator tabs of the admin console
