Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unable to reset password, reset email never received

Hello,
I recently had to profiles merged and I can't reset my password and I do not receive the "reset email"
at either email address. I want to sign-up for roles during the meeting but can't log in.

Can you please help me reset my password?

Email addresses:
Primary = AlbertaPatterson@Gmail.com
Secondary = Alberta.Patterson@Abbvie.com

1) there is no such thing as merging profiles in FTH. Someone had to remove the secondary profile and all roles attached to it were lost.

2) there is no member with the email AlbertaPatterson@Gmail.com even as secondary.

3) the password resets have been sent to alberta.patterson@abbvie.com and accepted by the email service, check your junk box
