Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Bouncing emails

I am VPE for Daybreakers Club 1449647. The president and I stopped receiving group emails this week. Both our emails are valid. He added my email back to the site, but this morning I got a message:
Emails sent to the primary email address [ joan_linney@ymail.com ] for Member Joanie Linney in Club 1449647 have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces. If you are able to resolve the issue with the email address, you will need to re-enter it in the system.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.

Please don't jump anothers thread your problem is not theirs and vs versa.

joan_linney@ymail.com is not on the bounce list.

I sent a test message to you and it went through
