Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello, We would like to add a field to the "Contact Us" form for a phone number. Does anyone know how to do this?

There is a phone # field already. However, it is only shown if at least one of your club contacts elects to share their phone # on the contact us form. That can be enabled in the Email and Contact Forms module.

We don't want to add one of our club member phone numbers, we want to get the number of the guest filling in the contact form. I don't see where I have access to add a field to the contact form, yet in the data base where their information is logged has a phone number column.
