Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

User caused, self-inflicted problem... ;)

This will bounce out again if they do not clear out their inbox.

I know her mailbox was full around a week ago. But now her mailbox has plenty of room. Thanks for checking!

I appreciate you looking into this for me. It must take 48 hours for the email reset to take.

Well the last recorded bounce happened on 12/15, per our bounce log.  That is when the system stopped processing email to that email address.  If the issue causing the bounce has been resolved, then there should be no issue.

No, it is immediate unless the root cause of the issue has happened again.

We will not keep sending email to bouncing email addresses.  I designed and implemented it that way.
