Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi! I've submitted this before and was told that the Contact Us form is working properly.

ejmmynd@gmail.com and presteenfive@gmail.com have both used the Contact Us button on our website recently (in the last week) and the email is going to me rather than Deb Luu. 

I'm not sure what to do since I've been told one thing by this forum and something else by the guests using our website. What should I be checking to troubleshoot this? What else do you need from me?

Ok, I think I have figured this out.

It is your RSVP link in your home page that is causing this, NOT the Contact Us form.  If you click that RSVP link, you can see that it is set to go to you.  You really should change that link to instead just load the Contact Us form for consistency.   You can use the following address in the RSVP link to load the Contact Us form:  [url]https://middaymumblers.toastmastersclubs.org?contactus[/url]

You may want to take this opportunity to also check your other links to make sure they are pointed to the correct location...
