Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Cannot input mail-address in Quick Add of Membership

Dear FTH Support,
I am IT support for Kamakura Toastmasters club (2933).
I tried to add one following member into the Membership by Quick Add, but failed due to mail adress.
  Name: Haruko Ohki
  Mail-address:  sunshine-06@ams.odn.ne.jp
When I input this mail-address in Quick Add, then this mail address turned to Red color.
I assume this  error was caused by mail address.
However, this mail address  can be used every day.
I cannot understand why this mail addreess could not be used in ordet to add this member.

That email address already exists in former members for your club.
