Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

We are getting this message when sending group emails.  How can we get rid of it?  We don’t know why it is appearing.

No longer a member? Use the following link/web page if you are no longer a member of this club:

Someone with admin priv toggled that feature on for you. You can toggle it off.
Login in as admin
Launch admin console
Select the module EMAIL AND CONTACT from the drop down box at the top.
Select EMAIL SECURITY and scroll down to find clickable box for activating or deactivating " Add "Not a Member?" Links to Emails sent to Members via FreeToastHost."

REMINDER: There is super easy to access online documentation and info for all the FTH features available here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc

And a link on the Members Only tab is featured on all FTH sites.
