Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Here we go again...Bell MTS sent me an email that says 

The ticket was sent back indicating the information that was sent back over to us did not have the expected information attached.

I will send you a copy of the results that we would expect to recieve back with the request we previously sent you. Hopefully this helps in getting them to submit the information back.

I have sent the information as a attachment. Ticket 2024041500085228 BMFE-2812

It looked like gibberish to me as well... But I figured out was one coded document,. I will let them know and ask them for the forum thread.
