Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Thanks for all your hard work on the platform. I have a quick suggestion for hybrid meeting sign-ups.

Our club is online two weeks a month and hybrid the other weeks. Currently, when a meeting is hybrid, a member selects their overall attendance as "in person" or "online." However, when they choose a specific meeting role, the system prompts them a second time to ask if they are taking that role online or in person. This second question is not asked when the meeting mode is set clearly to just one mode - it is not asked when we are online only - and that makes sense.

Since the attendance field already shows how the member is participating in the hybrid meeting, this second confirmation step feels redundant.
Is this something that could be adjusted so the system automatically applies the initial attendance selection to the role? It would really streamline the process for everyone.
