Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I added the club name in the alias... it was successful. IT still does not come up when I Google it. How do I get the members to find it so they can log in and access the website? I know how long Grey Matters has been active. I am more of a visual learner... I need to have my members be able to access the website ... Other than Google, how do they accomplish that? I am trying to make this easy for them to use. I have read your quick start... I am not a tech person, and I've been working on this for several days. Is there an option where I can Zoom with someone to at least get the website up and running. I know I have to rely on the members to opt in to add them to the agenda. I really need more assistance other than " read" something...

When you add your member  they get the optin email, and if they accept they get the Welcome email that has the website url on it. Again that is all covered in the documentation.

You can send your members an email with the club website url. You can give a couple of educationals to your club members on how to use the club website.

Websites are not magic they take time and there is always a learning curve, education and discipline to maintain it  and to use it.
