Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Administrator rights

I have a new office as president, and was previously the PR person so i got the site started but we have far to go with it. Can more than one person make changes to the site such as doing an agenda and posting information or is it only the administrator that can upload pictures put text on the site etc. Ideally we have someone that is in our club but not an officer that wants to help us with the site, he is retired and can probably give it much more attention that the rest of us who are all employed full time. We need to get our banner going, upload some photos, start having real information about the club. On the other hand we don't want everyone to be able to go on and list or include text that has not been approved. Your recommendation or advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Although there is only 1 administrator password for the club website, it is up to the club as to who is allowed to have that password.

Many clubs have multiple administrators to lighten the workload.

The VPED can create and modify agendas
The President/Chair and The Toastmaster of the meeting can make agenda changes.
