I am really having a hard time adjusting the agenda so that it looks "nice" for printing.
Is there any way the administrator can disable the print icon on the agenda for non-administrator accounts?

I am in club #6348, district 6.

Sorry No, you can not disable the print icon.

There are several options to assist in formatting the printing, by removing and including the things your club wants.
