How to Make Club's Free Toast Host Page Appear in Google Search?

How can we make it so that our club's Free Toast Host Page appears on the first page of a Google Search? I have seen clubs that have their Free Toast Host page come up when doing a Google search for Toastmasters and their city; their page link shows up immediately on the first page of the search. Is this a result of members using the site frequently or is their a different reason for this?
