We have a member using Internet Explorer who gets the "This site uses cookies" banner every time she access the site. Is there a way for the Internet Explorer user to click the agree button and dismiss the banner permanently?

I use Chrome as my browser and do not get the banner. (I clicked the agree button and also use a pop-up blocker.)

She has her cookie setting too tight, have a look at these docs.
