Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Feature Request to send club dues receipts from Free Toast Hosts

Hi,

I would like to make a feature request to be able to e-mail a receipt for club dues when they are paid. If possible, it would be nice to put it in the treasurer section. The only thing I see that is close to my feature request is "Basic follow-up email paid dues" button but I really don't know how this works. I only want to send the e-mail once and I keep pressing the button then it might send to everyone who paid.

Seems like this would just be a slight "rehash" of the dues notice layout but formatted as a receipt... correct?

Correct though sometimes the amount can change per member, new member, 6 months etc.
