Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

HI
I would like to see a function added to the member list where once a member is assigned as a mentor there is a column for their name to appear against the member they have been assigned to and the date of assignment. That would be useful for seeing at a glance which members have been assigned members.

This is not necessary as there already exists a Mentoring Report for this. It is accessible via the "Membership Reports" option on the Membership Tools drop-down menu. The Mentoring Report is one of the various Membership Reports that are available.

Thank you for your prompt response.i can't seen to locate the mmembership reports on the mmembership tools option on the admin console. All I have under this listing is the data bases for members guests past members etc. Narelle

The membership tools pull down has the "Membership Reports" where you can select the report you want.
