Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Drop down Menu Level 1

In the drop down menu for level one there are 2 evaluation and feedback speech options, but there is a third speech within that project which a 2-3 min speech. I have attached the Toastmasters International evaluation sheet for this speech. Could this speech to the drop down menu? Or, is there a reason it's not there?

What Path and exactly which project are you seeing a 3rd speech?

I can only speak about the three paths I am enrolled in, but they all have three speeches on the level 1 Evaluation and Feedback project. I have attached the evaluation and checklist that give further detail about this speech. As well as pathways screen shots.

After the evaluation and feedback the only other project in Level 2 besides Research is the Evaluation of another member. All the evaluations are on the FTH site. I have used them.

I have supplied all the supporting evidence I have. Please view the attachments. This is not a debatable issue. There are 3 speeches involved in completing the level 1 evaluation and feedback project. If this 2-3 min speech cannot be added to the website drop down menu please just state that.

Technically every evaluation is a speech, but on the agendas they are usually entered as "evaluations" rather than as "speeches". If your VPE or person editing agendas wants to save evaluations as speeches, they can do so by checking the "this is a speech" box.

The evaluation resource for this evaluation/speech is not stored on the FTH database, and hence doesn't show on the dropdown list. It is up to the member to download it from Basecamp
