Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Role Assignment Auto Email Edit Requested

The Role Assignment email reads that the VPE has indicated that MEMBER Name will be attending this meeting in person.  We are meeting online/virtually during the pandemic so it is sending mixed messages to members who are not near the in person meeting place.  Is there a way to edit or remove "in person" from this auto-email when VPE assigns the meeting role?

How do I remove "in person" from the auto email once the VPE add a member to the agenda.  We are meeting online and this is confusing to some of our members who does not live locally.

Example text in email reads as:  VPE has indicated that MEMBER NAME will be attending this meeting In person.

I cannot find where to make this edit.  Help!!!

I control the content of those email templates.  Let me take a look at it and see if the wording can be improved.
