Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Our club meets at a venue that requires us to provide lists of attendees in advance of each meeting.

It would be useful to be able to generate such lists.

The Meeting Signup allow you to see what roles have been filled, but does not include members without roles.

(For what it's worth, I think the "web page grid" layout, in portrait orientation, would best lend itself to such a report.)

If your members check the attending box at the top of each agenda, the Meeting Reports can generate attendance list for whichever meetings you want... I'm guessing that would do what you need... from my experience, training members to use the function is the biggest challenge... but I'm patient and we're getting there :)
