Meeting Notification: Attendance (Content Question)

Good morning:

For the automatically generated email notification from our club website, is it possible for us to modify the content?  The sentence we want to modify is:  Chris Hallacy has indicated that Sally Philbin, DTM will be attending this meeting "in person ",  The "in person" is causing confusion as we are mostly still virtual and slowly moving to hybrid.  If we don't have functionality to modify, is there a chance the wording could be revised from your end?
