Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Is it possible to "freeze" agenda from changes 12 prior to meeting start

Our club officers are concerned that members might cancel role(s) upon receiving the email agenda, as the "drop" buttons on the agenda make it easy to cancel a role. 

QUESTION:  Is it possible to set a cancellation deadline?  For example, no changes to the agenda can be made 12 hours before the meeting starts.  In this way, members who do need to cancel could contact the Toastmaster, VP Ed or President, verses cancelling a role because it is "easy to do" when receiving the agenda.

No you cannot freeze an agenda.
You also can't make a member do a roll.

I think your officers have to rethink how they motivate people to take roles.
