Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Could the Speech Introduction report be updated to include the Meeting Date?

Other things that could be super helpful are the option to include the 'Brief Member Bio' and the club name.

The dates are on the reports.

Are you referring to the header/footer?  I wasn't including these.  When I do, the current date appears in the header.  Not the date of the meeting.

Do a Speech Report from the agenda reports all that information is there.

That page should be printed by the Toastmaster when they print the Agenda. Why would you need the date etc on that page?

If you want a report with everything on it use the Agenda reports feature, select speech report,  the speaker and date and you will get all the information.
