Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Being able to import pathways progress for our users, at least to start, would be a huge time saver. The interface you have is time consuming and tedious.
I love the idea of it, but managing it as an admin for anyone that is in more than one club is tedious.
Is this something you could consider?

It is already built in check out the "Check against Base Camp"
FTH does not have access to Toastmasters.org information, so the member has to provide it.

I may not understand all the features of the "Check against Base Camp."

I spent a lot of time correcting my Pathways Report Card in my home club, 4846432. I'd like to export the Pathways Report Card information from 4846432 and import it into 1677. Is there a way to do this that I have not yet discovered?

What I was asking for is a way to get a data file from pathways (not for you to get, for us to get or manage on our own), then allow a bulk import into FTH for the information. Is that an option?
Clubs 8892 and 1100.

Pathways has no data export function or we would have used that.
The only we know of is to get the member to do a Screen Shot of the Path Overview and that is what we have done.

I have timed the entire process, it takes less that 5 minutes for the member  to get the screen shot, upload it, tick the corresponding boxes in the BaseCamp reconciliation and click send to the VPE
The VPE takes 2 minutes open the screen shot compare the ticks and click  approve.
