Hello, 
We'd like to participate in the Beta testing; our details are listed below. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I wasn't clear on who the administrator was referring to so I included the name of the board member who will be handling the transition.  If that's not correct, please let me know who the administrator refers to within the Club and i will update it.
