Mark Done or Not Done or Clear - each action colapses the line

I am trying to update a member grandfathered into her first 3 levels in the Toast4 to reflect completion of her first three levels.
Each time I click “Mark done” or “not done” it collapses.  It would really help if that didn’t happen with each action.  I couldn't find anything in the manual,iIs that supposed to happen?  I Assumed that once I finished all the changes I would click the “collapse all” button.

The first picture is from TMI to show what levels were completed.  In retrospect I should have deleted that one before PDFing it. My appologies for the confusion. Attached I have deleted the first picture and left just the second one.
The second picture below that one  is from FT4  and what I am referencing.  I am trying to reconsile FTH4 with TMI and each time I select mark done, or not done or clear, the list colapses back to a single line and I have to open it again for the next action, for each line it closes.   It would be much easier to update FTH4 with the 8 required completions if I each marking didn't close and make me reopen so I can addres the requirement for completion and so forth.
