#4182 - couple minor issues

Club #4182 - Toastmasters of Rockwall

1. We had one member that was dropped completely from the system. I re-added her, she'll have to opt in again but I'm going to have to completely re-create her participation profile from minutes. Fortunately she is a newer member (2026 only) so it won't be a huge job, but thought I should pass along that clubs converting need to double check their rosters. 

2. For existing members, I see that their current paths were pulled in. For new members, if I understand correctly, the MEMBER has to add their path to the profile. This should really be an admin allowed function, we have a hard enough time getting them to select a path in Pathways, let alone start adding it to FTH. Admins can add discontinued paths, let them add current ones as well. Just a suggestion.

1) don't recreate her, let us have a look at what can be done. Oh and who is SHE?

2) the Admin can edit profile Admin Dashboard > Members > Click Edit beside their name
 

Update on missing person - found out from another officer that she had opted out on her own prior to cutover. So this is a non issue.

WRT the editing of members, the admin is NOT allowed to edit a member's path. At least not that I can find. Admin really needs to be able to do this for new members.

Part of the path problems we encountered when members were migrated over is that in FTH3, the agenda held an incorrect project selection - mostly around PM since that was the first one on the list. People picked PM project for their speeches when their actual Pathways path was something else. I've got a number of these. In looking to edit the agenda, in FTH3 I could directly change the project path to the correct one. In FTH4, I can't. So now I have several folks with incorrect report cards that I can't fix. From what I read, has to be a SuperAdmin to fix the paths. Tell me how I need to request that and I'll do it.

Admin/VPE can change projects / paths (including for new members who haven't added a path to their profile), as long as it is one of the current paths or the member has recorded a project in one of the legacy paths (for it to be active)

Only incorrect purchase dates that are preventing records from being updated need super-admin intervention - post here if that is needed

Where? Logged in as admin, I've looked at a) the agenda where the speech was originally given, b) the member's record where the path is selected, c) the report card. Nowhere can I see where I am allowed to change the speech project, or correct the path assigned.

Where this is problematic is where the only speech given was the ice breaker - it was incorrectly listed originally as a PM project rather than the members' actual path (either MS or DL). The only path showing in the report card is PM. I cannot find where I can add the correct one.

In a couple of cases, because subsequent speeches were categorized under the correct path, FTH4 shows those members (incorrectly but beside the point) as having BOTH PM and their correct path. These I was able to correct in the report card using an override.

To add a Path to a member

Admin Dashboard > Members > Find the Member > Click the edit button beside their name to the right >
in the box to the right will see "Record a purchased path"
